History

ConnectFN is affiliated with NetRoadshow which, since 1997, has been providing Investment Banks and financial services firms with online roadshows for capital raising transactions. NetRoadshow works with all the major and regional Investment banks in the US, Europe, South America, and Asia to provide US Securities Exchange Commission compliant communications solutions. NetRoadshow continues to focus on meeting all SEC and International electronic roadshow rules, along with internal compliance requirements. Over 160,000 institutional investors are registered users of the service.

ConnectFN

ConnectFN (CFN) was organized to both create and serve as the first Financial Services Community of Interest Network (COIN) application based exclusively on the Cisco TelePresence (TP) and collaboration platform. ConnectFN is partnering with Cisco and several network service providers to build the global COIN.

The COIN will be comprised of Buy Side / Sell Side / and Corporates (CEO, CFO, Investor Relations). The CFN Directory and applications are built specifically to serve the unique requirements of the global financial services sector that include meeting all internal and SEC compliance regulations and requirements, while allowing qualified participants to collaborate with each other in a secure, SEC and internally compliant manner.
